Steel hydraulic hose adapters are more impact- and fatigue-resistant than brass hydraulic hose adapters. They provide good wear resistance, conductivity, and durability in high-pressure applications where corrosion is not a concern. These adapters securely connect hydraulic hoses to pipe, tubing, or hoses that have different thread types or sizes. They have two threaded ends and attach to compatible hydraulic hoses with a wrench, solvent welding, or soldering to create a seal.

ORB-to-ORB Steel Hydraulic Hose Adapters
ORB-to-ORB steel hydraulic hose adapters are durable, wear-resistant, and suitable for environments where corrosion is not a concern. They are commonly used to connect compatible hydraulic hoses to pipe or equipment in medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems. These adapters have an ORB (O-Ring Boss) connection on both ends of the fitting. The ORB connection has an O-ring and straight threads that form a tight seal when joined to the opposite gender.
