Barbed Hydraulic Hose Fittings

Barbed hydraulic hose fittings provide compatible threads for connecting hoses in hydraulic systems. They have threads on one end and raised ridges (or barbs) on the other end that grip the inside of hoses to hold them in place and form a seal. They can also be used with worm-gear or worm-drive clamps to provide a tighter seal. They are typically used to create hose assemblies in low-pressure hydraulic applications such as suction lines.
