Steel hydraulic hose adapters are more impact- and fatigue-resistant than brass hydraulic hose adapters. They provide good wear resistance, conductivity, and durability in high-pressure applications where corrosion is not a concern. These adapters securely connect hydraulic hoses to pipe, tubing, or hoses that have different thread types or sizes. They have two threaded ends and attach to compatible hydraulic hoses with a wrench, solvent welding, or soldering to create a seal.

NPT-to-NPT steel hydraulic hose adapters provide good strength, conductivity, and durability in high-pressure hydraulic applications. They connect compatible hydraulic hoses to pipe or equipment that has different thread sizes. These adapters have an NPT (National Pipe Taper) connection on both ends of the fitting.
