Thermoplastic pavement marking paints are used to clearly mark traffic lanes, legends, symbols, and road boundaries on roads, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. They are thicker and more wear resistant than other types of marking paints. These paints are heated and applied to paved surfaces to increase visibility and provide long-term wear.

Thermoplastic pavement marking paints are used to clearly mark traffic lanes, legends, symbols, and road boundaries on roads, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. These granulated powder compounds are melted and liquified in a high-heat kettle and then applied to asphalt or concrete. Glass beads are added to make the paint reflective and increase the visibility of the markings at night.
