Bow Saws
The long, straight, coarse-toothed blade on bow saws makes rough, fast cuts through logs and branches. The arched saw frame holds the blade under tension to cut on the push and the pull stroke for aggressive material removal. Bow saws are held with one hand at the heel of the frame to move the saw and the other hand on the log or branch to hold it steady.
