Load Binders for Chain Tie-Downs

Load binders for chain tie-downs tighten chain between the anchor points. Hooks on each end of load binder secure to chain. The binder is then tightened to remove slack from the chain to prevent the load from shifting. Load binders are often used to secure vehicles and heavy equipment on trailers.

Lever Load Binders with Grab-Hook Ends
Lever-style load binders with grab-hook ends apply tension to the chain using a handle. Because the handle stores the energy of the tension, there is risk of snap back when tension is released. Lever-style load binders tighten quicker than ratchet style and require more force to engage.
