Order LookupEdge Finders, Center Finders & Wiggler Sets
Available1 product
Edge finders, center finders, and wiggler sets ensure that workpieces are properly positioned on a mill or CNC machine and that the spindle is properly positioned for a desired cut. Edge finders have flat surfaces and determine the edge of a workpiece while center finders have pointed tips and identify the center of a hole or part. Wigglers or wiggler sets typically have 4- or 5-pieces and are used to find the center of a hole, the edge of a workpiece, or scribed lines on a workpiece. They include several probes that fit into the wiggler body and are placed into a drill chuck, end mill, or drill press and rotated. Electronic edge finders have the same body design as traditional edge finders, but have an internal LED that indicates when contact with an edge is made.

Edge Finders
Edge finders are spring-loaded cylinders with pointed tips that fit into a mill or drill press. Their tip is traced along the surface of a workpiece and rotated to determine the position of the edge. They visibly and audibly click when the edge of the workpiece is found.
