Radius Gauges & Angle Gauges
Available33 products
Radius gauges, also known as fillet gauges, measure the concave and convex radius or fillet of metal objects. These tools are commonly used by inspectors, toolmakers, and die-sinkers for checking angles. They are also used for carpentry when checking the radius on a workpiece on a lathe.
Radius Gauge Sets
These radius gauge sets contain various-sized loose leaves or multiple leaves that are mounted to one or more hubs on a handle. They are used to quickly check or inspect the size of the radius or fillet, whether confirming a known size or for determining an unknown one. They are also used as a stencil on a workpiece in combination with a scriber and layout die to mark a radius that needs to be cut. These gauges are commonly used in woodworking and light and heavy manufacturing applications.

Variable-Arc Radius Gauges
Variable-arc radius gauges measure large inside and/or outside arcs or curves using a flexible three-point contact style gauge that bends to fit the arc being measured. When all three contact points make contact with the curve, a lock nut is activated to fix the measurement in place. Measurements are taken with the standard and/or metric graduations on the body of the gauge. When locked into place, these gauges also mark or apply the curve dimensions to another piece making them effective transfer tools. They are commonly used for industrial fabrication, jobsite measurement and inspection, and in construction.

Chamfer Angle Gauges
Chamfer angle gauges quickly determine the angle and length of right-angled edges or corners. Workers can adjust the position of the chamfer tip along the rule and lock it in place for an accurate and precise reading. They are commonly used in woodworking and light and heavy manufacturing applications.

Angle Gauge Sets
Angle gauge sets are used to quickly check and inspect the size of an angle. These sets of loose leaves or sets of leaves mounted to a hub in a handle or holder are used to confirm a known size or to determine an unknown one. They are not intended for high-precision inspection, but are instead commonly used in woodworking and light and heavy manufacturing applications.

Radius Gauges
Radius gauges are used as replacements for damaged, worn, or lost gauges in a loose set or for serving a repetitive use. They quickly check or inspect the size of the radius or fillet, whether confirming a known size or for determining an unknown one. They are also used as a stencil on a workpiece in combination with a scriber and layout die to mark a radius that needs to be cut. These gauges are commonly used in woodworking and light and heavy manufacturing applications.
