Digital 3-Point Inside Micrometers & Sets

Digital 3-point inside micrometers have a standard friction or ratchet thimble with a gauge head that has three contact points. These gauge heads are inserted into a bore or other hole and the operator adjusts the thimble until the three contact points touch the sides of the hole. These digital micrometers are easy-to-read and do not require operators to do any math. They provide measurements within an accuracy of 0.0001” or 0.0002”. With a third contact point, these micrometers are self-centering and so eliminate errors when taking two-point measurements off of center. Sets include gauges of different ranges packaged in a case.

These sets provide the same accuracy and resolution across all included sizes of micrometer. Sets with SPC output capability can be used with cables or wireless transmission system.
