Order LookupHigh-Performance Finishing Carbide Corner-Chamfer End Mills
Available1 product
High-performance carbide corner-chamfer end mills are designed to last longer and create a finer finish when used in their recommended, first-choice materials than general purpose end mills. They are used in production milling. Finishing end mills create a fine finish on the workpiece. Carbide end mills provide excellent wear resistance and heat resistance, and they are harder than high-speed steel or cobalt end mills. Corner-chamfer end mills have a square nose with slightly angled corners that help distribute cutting forces evenly to prevent damage to the end mill and extend its life. They are rotated against a workpiece to create a flat-bottomed groove with slightly chamfered inside corners in milling applications where a specific radius size is not required.
List Number
High-Performance Finishing TiCN-Coated Carbide Corner-Chamfer End Mills
The TiCN coating on these end mills protects them from wear and is harder and more wear-resistant than a TiN coating.
