Miniature Corner-Chamfer End Mills

Miniature corner-chamfer end mills have a smaller diameter than standard corner-chamfer end mills, which allows them to provide more precision and better control over material removal during milling tasks. They are suitable for detailed milling applications such as dental milling or small-electronics manufacturing. Carbide end mills provide excellent wear resistance and heat resistance, and they are harder than high-speed steel or cobalt end mills. Corner-chamfer end mills have a square nose with slightly angled corners that help distribute cutting forces evenly to prevent damage to the end mill and extend its life. They are rotated against a workpiece to create a flat-bottomed groove with slightly chamfered inside corners in milling applications where a specific radius size is not required.
