Order LookupBead Rollers
Available7 products
Bead rollers pass sheet metal between two rolling dies to form ridges, steps, and other profile shapes. The sheets fit into the throat of the machine and are pressed between the dies to form the bead. Also known as rotary machines, bead rollers are commonly used to add a reinforcing bead that strengthens sheet metal panels such as truck floor beds, floor pans, and firewall sheeting. They accept compatible forming dies to change profile shapes and create offsets or flanges.
