Headed Gun Drill Bushings (GDE)

Available2 products
Headed gun drill (GDE) bushings are used in holemaking applications with El Dorado, DeHoff, and Lahr gun-drilling machines. Type GDE bushings have a one-piece design and are used in applications where the bushings are not expected to be replaced. They install into fixtures to guide, position, and support drill bits during holemaking tasks. The bushings keep the drills from wandering or bending as they enter the workpiece. They also maximize chip clearance and minimize the risk of the drills marring the workpiece. These bushings have an overhang, or head, that prevents them from being pushed through the fixture, making them ideal for applications where axial loads or vibration could move headless drill bushings.
