Order LookupCarbide-Tipped Core Bits for Masonry & Concrete
Available2 products
These hollow core bits install into compatible rotary hammer drills and require less force than solid drill bits when making large, shallow holes in concrete, masonry, and limestone. The bits' wear-resistant carbide-tipped teeth cut around the perimeter of a hole and can withstand the drills' continuous hammering action. Each bit comes with a centering pin that stops it from moving, or walking, when starting a hole. These core bits create a plug of material that must be removed after drilling is complete.

One-Piece SDS-Max Core Bits
These one-piece core bits have an SDS-Max shank that prevents the bits from slipping in high-torque drilling applications when creating large, shallow holes in concrete, masonry, and limestone. The bits install into compatible rotary hammer drills with SDS-Max chucks, and they can be changed in the chucks with one hand. SDS-Max chucks have spring-loaded balls that fit into the grooves on the bits' shanks to hold the bits in place in the chucks.
