Carbide-Tipped Core Bits for Masonry & Concrete

Available1 product
These hollow core bits install into compatible rotary hammer drills and require less force than solid drill bits when making large, shallow holes in concrete, masonry, and limestone. The bits' wear-resistant carbide-tipped teeth cut around the perimeter of a hole and can withstand the drills' continuous hammering action. Each bit comes with a centering pin that stops it from moving, or walking, when starting a hole. These core bits create a plug of material that must be removed after drilling is complete.

One-Piece Spline-Shank Core Bits

One-Piece Spline-Shank Core Bits
These one-piece core bits have a spline shank that prevents the bits from slipping in high-torque drilling applications when creating large, shallow holes in concrete, masonry, and limestone. The bits install into compatible rotary hammer drills with spline-drive chucks, which have 12 grooves that mesh with grooves on the bits' shanks to hold them in place in the chucks. The bits are secured with a retaining pin.
