Narrow Mouth Round Plastic Lab Bottles
Available282 products
Narrow-mouth round, plastic lab bottles provide more accurate pouring than wide mouth bottles. They're most often used for liquids, though they can be used for pourable solids. They are not generally used for clumping powders. Plastic bottles are less likely than glass to break when dropped. Lab bottles hold powders, liquids, and chemicals in pharmaceutical, laboratory, and food processing applications.
HDPE Narrow Mouth Round Lab Bottles
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) narrow-mouth, round lab bottles have good impact strength, are nonwetting, and resist stress cracking. HDPE is the most commonly used plastic lab container material and has high chemical resistance, high resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohols, and esters, and is less permeable than LDPE.

LDPE Narrow Mouth Round Lab Bottles
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) narrow-mouth, round lab bottles have high impact strength, are nonwetting, and are more flexible than HDPE. LDPE (low-density polyethylene) has good chemical resistance, and high resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohols, and esters.

Polypropylene Narrow Mouth Round Lab Bottles
Polypropylene (PP) narrow-mouth, round lab bottles are a good choice for general laboratory use. Polypropylene is an impact-resistant plastic with good chemical resistance and high resistance to mineral oils, acid solutions, alkalis, and alcohols.

Tamper Evident Round Plastic Lab Bottles
Tamper-evident round plastic lab bottles include a cap with a breakaway safety ring that stays on the bottle when the cap is opened, indicating that the contents have been exposed. Caps only indicate tampering when the cap is first removed. The cap can be replaced on the bottle to form a seal.

PPCO Narrow Mouth Round Plastic Lab Bottles
PPCO (polypropylene copolymer) narrow-mouth, round lab bottles are made of a nonbreakable copolymer of polypropylene and high-density polyethylene that provides good impact strength. PPCO withstands higher temperatures than PP or HDPE and provides good chemical resistance to most chemicals for up to 24 hours at room temperature.
