Lab Powder Sampling Tools
Available36 products
Lab powder-sampling lances obtain samples of powder or granules from bulk storage containers often used for food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics. They push through the top layer of powder to obtain a sample from a cross section below the surface to ensure clean, random samples are obtained for testing. A set capacity on each lance ensures consistent sample sizes across tests. Lances are made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), which has good to high chemical resistance and high resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohols, and esters.
Powder Lances
Powder lances sample cohesive, nonflowing powders. The lance is inserted into the bulk powder, turned, and removed.
