Self-Sealing Duct & Fittings
Self-sealing ducts and fittings are used in low-pressure applications, like those found downstream of terminal boxes or in runouts from main ducts. They connect using integrated gaskets that seal their seams and connection points. These seals improve efficiency by reducing leaks and eliminating the extra labor needed to seal installed ducts. They contain additives such as antioxidants, fungal inhibitors, and process aids to promote seal longevity.
Tee Joints
Tee joints split a single duct run into two duct runs that run in different directions from each other. These tee joints feature integrated sealing gaskets that help prevent leaks and reduce the need for additional sealing methods.
