Blast Gates
Blast gates block airflow or allow it to flow freely through the connected ductwork. They are commonly used in a dust collection system to control suction to a tool, machine, or process. They are activated manually or by a pneumatic cylinder connected to an air supply.
Manual Blast Gates
Manual blast gates install in line with the ducts to adjust the airflow through a dust collection or similar duct system. They are either fully open or fully closed and are commonly used with dust collection systems to control which tools or machines receive suction.
