Forward-Curved blower wheels feature many blades that are angled towards the direction of rotation. They run at lower pressures and noise levels with a higher CFM than other designs.
Backward-Curved blower wheels feature a lower number of blades that are angled away from the direction of rotation. They operate at higher pressures and efficiencies than forward curved blower wheels.
Backward-Inclined blower wheels feature a lower number of straight blades that are angled away from the direction of rotation. They operate at higher pressures and efficiencies than forward-curved blower wheels.
Radial blower wheels feature a lower number of blades that radiate outwards from the center of the wheel. They operate at the highest pressures of all blower wheel designs. This design is resistant to damage from debris and helps prevent it from building up on the blades.
