Standard Forward-Curved Blowers
Standard forward-curved blowers, also called squirrel cage fans, feature many blower wheel blades that are angled toward the direction of rotation. This design allows them to run quietly while moving large volumes of air in clean-air applications. This makes them best suited for moving clean air against lower static pressures such as in air curtains, heaters, and as OEM parts in finished goods.
Belt-Drive Blowers without Drive
Belt-drive blowers without drive do not come with a drive package, so the user must provide the motor and other drive components. Belt-drive blowers are typically quieter and provide more control over the blower speed and airflow than direct-drive blowers.
