Pneumatic Thermostats

Available2 products
Pneumatic thermostats respond to changes in temperature by increasing or decreasing the air pressure in a series of air-filled tubes. The change in pressure signals controllers or powers devices like dampers or valve actuators directly. Pneumatic thermostats are most often installed as replacements in older constructions with existing pneumatic systems, including schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings. They are not suitable for newer constructions without a supporting pneumatic system in place.

Single-Temperature Remote-Bulb Sensor Thermostats

Single-Temperature Remote-Bulb Sensor Thermostats
These thermostats have a remote-bulb temperature sensor that allows the control unit to be placed away from the sensor. The sensor is connected to the thermostat with a capillary tube. These thermostats sense the temperature of the air entering an HVAC system and are commonly mounted inside the casing of the system. These are single-temperature thermostats, so they're ideal for basic heating and cooling in commercial buildings, schools, or hospitals. These pneumatic thermostats are powered by compressed air.
