Air Pressure Sensing Switches

Air pressure sensing switches are installed into HVAC ducts and pipes, detect air pressure changes, and trigger actions when pressures reach the designated setpoints. They can respond to positive or negative pressure or a differential between two points. They monitor the air pressure at critical points in the HVAC system and regulate fans, dampers, and other components that affect airflow.
Type of Set Point
Fixed Set-Point Air Pressure Switches
Fixed set-point air pressure switches send electrical signals in response to changes in air pressure. They are set to trigger at a specific pressure and cannot be adjusted. They are commonly used for OEM (original equipment manufacturer) applications where equipment settings are optimized by the manufacturer.
