Electric Damper Actuators
Electric damper actuators use electricity to power an integrated motor that opens and closes the connected damper. They are easier to install than pneumatic systems, require significantly less maintenance, and integrate easily with HVAC control and automation systems.
Non-Fail-Safe Actuators
Non-fail-safe actuators have no fail-safe mechanism to provide movement during power outages. This makes them more compact and easier to maintain than fail-safe actuators. They open and close dampers for non-critical components and infrastructure.

Fail-Safe Actuators with Spring Return
