O-Rings
Available7,317 products
O-rings are circular, donut-shaped gaskets placed in specially made channels or grooves that position them between objects to form a tight seal that prevents liquids or gases from escaping. They maintain their shape over extended periods, come in different shapes, sizes, and materials, and have distinct durometer ratings needed for sealing applications in commercial and industrial areas. O-ring seals are often sized by the DASH system, which uses a three-digit number to indicate their inside diameter, cross-section diameter, and tolerance level.
Buna-N O-Rings
Buna-N O-rings resist petroleum-based fluids and chemicals, alcohols, and tears. Also known as nitrile O-rings, they are durable and frequently used to seal parts and components of machines used indoors with moderate temperatures. Buna-N is the most common material used to manufacture O-rings.

Viton® O-Rings
Viton O-rings resist chemicals, petroleum-based oils, fluids, and acids. Also called fluorocarbon O-rings, they withstand use in harsh environments with high temperatures and are commonly used to seal automotive or aircraft parts and components.
Silicone O-Rings
Silicone O-rings resist UV rays, dry heat, and high aniline-point oils. They are durable, flexible, and suitable for applications in outdoor areas.
EPDM O-Rings
EPDM O-rings resist water, steam, and mild alkalis and acids. Also called Ethylene-Propylene O-rings, they withstand UV rays and tolerate extremely cold temperatures.
Kalrez® O-Rings
Kalrez O-rings resist chemicals such as sulfuric and nitric acids, bases, steam, and ammonium hydroxide. Also called FFKM O-rings, they withstand use in high-temperature environments and maintain their shape over extended periods. They are often used to seal parts and components in aircraft and aerospace manufacturing.
PTFE O-Rings
PTFE O-rings resist extremely hot and cold conditions and withstand chemicals, acids, ammonia, coolants, and petroleum-based lubricants. These O-rings are hard, firm, and are often used in chemical processing applications.
Neoprene O-Rings
Neoprene O-rings provide moderate resistance to water, oxidation, UV rays, ammonia, coolants, and refrigerants. They are flexible, resist cracking and weathering, and are often used in refrigeration machinery and outdoor applications.
FEP O-Rings
These O-rings have a solid or hollow core encased in a protective layer of fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP). They resist water, chemicals, acids, alcohols, oils, and ammonia. They are flexible, withstand high pressure, and return to their original shape if deformed.
Polyurethane O-Rings
Polyurethane O-rings are strong, resist wear and tear, and withstand extreme temperatures. They are compatible with many fuels, oils, grease, and chemicals, and their resistance to UV rays, ozone, and weathering makes them suitable for outdoor applications.
HNBR O-Rings
HNBR O-rings are compatible with petroleum, oils, alcohol, and some chemicals. They resist weathering, withstand UV rays, and are often used in outdoor applications.
Aflas® O-Rings
Aflas O-rings provide exceptional resistance to high temperatures and harsh chemicals like acids, bases, petroleum, oils, and fuels. They are often used in oil production facilities and are known for their ability to withstand hot water and steam in autoclaves and sterilization applications.
Fluorosilicone O-Rings
Fluorosilicone O-rings are compatible with low temperatures and hydraulic and vegetable oils. They resist UV rays and weathering and remain flexible in chemical processing applications and automotive and hydraulic systems.
O-Ring Tools
These tools include items for measuring O-rings and cord stock and holding it in place to create custom-sized O-rings to repair or replace worn or damaged ones.
O-Ring Assortments
These assortments include O-rings made of different materials and sizes for use in various sealing applications.
