Cam handles apply clamping force to secure machine tool components or workpieces in repetitive clamping tasks. Also called cam levers or cam compression latches, they have a lever-style grip that folds down to apply pressure and lifts up to release clamping force. A hub includes or accepts a threaded rod, drawbar, or other fastener that passes through the two parts so they can be clamped together.
