Eye Bolts
Eye bolts have a shank for anchoring to structures or equipment and a ring (or loop) at the top for attaching rope, hooks, or other hardware. They're used as anchor eye bolts for routing or tying down wire and cable. Machinery or lifting eye bolts are rated for vertical or angular lifting up to their specified capacity.
Machinery Eye Bolts With Shoulder
Machinery eye bolts with shoulders are fully threaded bolts that are suitable for lifting angular loads up to 45 degrees. Lifting angular loads, however, will diminish the eye bolt capacity. Heavy forged eye bolts with a continuous eye may be forged with an integrated shoulder, allowing them to lift heavy off-center loads. They can be used as a connection point for rigging, anchoring, pulling, pushing, or hoisting objects, depending on their size and metallic composition. These eye bolts come in a plain steel finish for use in dry environments or zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance in wet environments. They may also be hot dipped galvanized for extra corrosion resistance and strength. These eye bolts are also sold in 304 and 316 stainless steel materials. 304 stainless steel is chemical resistant, 316 stainless steel is the most chemical resistant.

Machinery Eye Bolts Without Shoulder
Machinery eye bolts without shoulders are used for vertical or inline lifting or objects up to their specified capacity. Eye bolts without a shoulder should not be used for angular or off-center loads.

Eye Wood Screw
Eye wood screws have sharp tips that drive into wood surfaces. Also called screw eyes, they can bend if overloaded and should never be used in lifting applications. Zinc-plated-steel eye wood screws resist corrosion and are ideal for wet environments.

Machinery Eye Bolt Blanks With Shoulder
Also known as blank eye bolts, machine eye bolt blanks can be welded or threaded to suit any fastening application. Eye bolt blanks with shoulders can be used for rigging, anchoring, pulling, pushing or hoisting up to their specified capacity. The shoulder can be used in angular or off-center lifting. These blanks come in a plain steel finish for dry environments, as well as in 304 and 316 stainless steel. 304 stainless steel is chemical resistant, 316 stainless steel is the most chemical resistant.

Machinery Eye Bolt Blanks Without Shoulder
Also known as blank eye bolts, machine eye bolt blanks can be welded or threaded to suit any fastening application. They should not be used for lifting purposes. These blanks can be cut to any length required and have an unfinished shank. These blanks come in a plain steel finish, as well as in stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and chemicals in dry environments.
