Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Available92 products
Continuous-flex corrugated loom tubing can withstand high speeds and a high number of bending cycles without wearing out, making it ideal for protecting wire and cable around robotic arms, turntables, and assembly lines. It's also suitable for automotive applications. Corrugated loom tubing can be cut to any length for a customized installation.

Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
This corrugated loom tubing has a continuous-flex design that withstands high speeds and a high number of bending cycles without wearing out. It's commonly used with wire and cable installations around robotic arms, turntables, and assembly lines. It's also suited for automotive applications. This tubing covers and organizes wire and cable to protect it from abrasion and other damage.

Gripping Clamps for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Gripping Clamps for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Gripping clamps are used with required jaws to guide, hold, or retract continuous-flex corrugated tubing. They're placed around the tubing and snap open and closed. They can be mounted on a surface for a fixed orientation or mounted on a rotary base to spin on its axis. Gripping clamps are ideal for supporting tubing that will need to be modified frequently.

Lock Nuts for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Lock Nuts for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Lock nuts are thread adapters that allow the cable glands on continuous-flex corrugated tubing to be assembled. They push to connect, so they don't require tools for assembly. Once in place, lock nuts prevent the tubing from coming undone.

Straight Connectors for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Straight Connectors for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Straight connectors terminate continuous-flex corrugated tubing on flat surfaces. Tabs on one end snap into grooves in conduit, and the other end has a flange that attaches to a knockout in an outlet box or enclosure. Once assembled, the connector keeps the tubing in place while sealing out air and liquid to prevent damage or performance issues.

90 Degree Elbows for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

90 Degree Elbows for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
These elbows attach continuous-flex corrugated tubing to flat surfaces at a 90° angle. Tabs on one end snap into grooves in conduit, and the other end attaches to a knockout in an outlet box or enclosure. Once assembled, the elbow keeps the tubing in place while sealing out air and liquid to prevent damage or performance issues.

Protectors for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Protectors for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Protectors shield sections of continuous-flex corrugated tubing that rub against nearby components or are exposed to vibration. They fit around the tubing, and once in place, they reduce the effects of impact and prevent mechanical stress from damaging or cutting the tubing. Protectors can also repair or splice together different types of corrugated tubing.

Jaws for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Jaws for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Jaws fit into gripping clamps to guide, hold, or retract continuous-flex corrugated tubing. The jaws snap onto the clamps. Once in place, they help support different tubing run needs. Sliding jaws don't have ridges, so they act as a guide for tubing and allow it to slide freely. Comb jaws have teeth that allow the use of a cable tie to secure cable or hose and prevent them from moving side to side after exiting the tubing. Middle jaws have ridges that lock into the corrugations of the tubing to prevent it from moving side to side. They're narrow to allow conduit to make sharp bends and turns after exiting the clamp assembly. Ball joint jaws accept protectors to help shield sections of tubing from abrasion and vibration damage. End jaws have a smooth edge on one side to provide a frictionless termination point for cable and hose.

Rotary Bases for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Rotary Bases for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Rotary bases allow components in a continuous-flex corrugated tubing assembly to move 360°. They install below the components, and once in place, they enable them to swivel freely around robotic arms, turntables, and assembly lines.

Springs and Spring Holders for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Springs and Spring Holders for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Springs and spring holders work together to retract and extend lengths of continuous-flex corrugated tubing. Springs attach to the back end of a spring holder and provide mobility control. Spring holders are held in place with gripping clamps. They allow the tubing to pass through as it moves back and forth to service the movements of a machine or robot. Together, they control the corrugated tubing so it's only extended when needed. When not in use, the tubing retracts and does not interfere with other equipment.
