Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
This corrugated loom tubing has a continuous-flex design that withstands high speeds and a high number of bending cycles without wearing out. It's commonly used with wire and cable installations around robotic arms, turntables, and assembly lines. It's also suited for automotive applications. This tubing covers and organizes wire and cable to protect it from abrasion and other damage.

Lock Nuts for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Lock Nuts for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Lock nuts are thread adapters that allow the cable glands on continuous-flex corrugated tubing to be assembled. They push to connect, so they don't require tools for assembly. Once in place, lock nuts prevent the tubing from coming undone.

Straight Connectors for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Straight Connectors for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Straight connectors terminate continuous-flex corrugated tubing on flat surfaces. Tabs on one end snap into grooves in conduit, and the other end has a flange that attaches to a knockout in an outlet box or enclosure. Once assembled, the connector keeps the tubing in place while sealing out air and liquid to prevent damage or performance issues.

90 Degree Elbows for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

90 Degree Elbows for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
These elbows attach continuous-flex corrugated tubing to flat surfaces at a 90° angle. Tabs on one end snap into grooves in conduit, and the other end attaches to a knockout in an outlet box or enclosure. Once assembled, the elbow keeps the tubing in place while sealing out air and liquid to prevent damage or performance issues.

Protectors for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Protectors for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Protectors shield sections of continuous-flex corrugated tubing that rub against nearby components or are exposed to vibration. They fit around the tubing, and once in place, they reduce the effects of impact and prevent mechanical stress from damaging or cutting the tubing. Protectors can also repair or splice together different types of corrugated tubing.

Jaws for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing

Jaws for Continuous-Flex Corrugated Tubing
Jaws fit into gripping clamps to guide, hold, or retract continuous-flex corrugated tubing. The jaws snap onto the clamps. Once in place, they help support different tubing run needs. Sliding jaws don't have ridges, so they act as a guide for tubing and allow it to slide freely. Comb jaws have teeth that allow the use of a cable tie to secure cable or hose and prevent them from moving side to side after exiting the tubing. Middle jaws have ridges that lock into the corrugations of the tubing to prevent it from moving side to side. They're narrow to allow conduit to make sharp bends and turns after exiting the clamp assembly. Ball joint jaws accept protectors to help shield sections of tubing from abrasion and vibration damage. End jaws have a smooth edge on one side to provide a frictionless termination point for cable and hose.
