Cable Pulling Grips & Grip Kits

Available1 product
Cable pulling grips and grip kits are mesh tubes that are placed over cable so it can be pulled through long runs of conduit and trenches. Also known as cable socks, the mesh is secured around the cable with clamps or tape, and the rings or eyes at the end of the grip are pulled to tighten it around the cable. The eyes or rings are also used to connect the cable to pulling winches to bring it through the conduit. Cable and wire pulling lubricant is required when pulling the cable.

Fiber-Optic Pulling Mesh Grips

Fiber-Optic Pulling Mesh Grips
Fiber-optic pulling mesh grips have a double-weave construction on half the mesh length and a single-weave construction on the other half to provide both strength and flexibility for fiber-optic cable installation. These grips have a nose cone that protects the cable end and helps it pass through conduit and enclosures without snagging. They have an eye that attaches to a swivel or pulling line. These grips wrap around single cables or bundles to help pull them through underground or overhead runs, conduit, or enclosures.
