Y-distributor cordsets have a single M12 connector body with two separate cables extending from it that have M12 connections, allowing signal distribution to multiple sensors or actuators. Their cables have PVC (polyvinyl chloride) outer jackets that are flame retardant, but less resistant to environmental or chemical elements than PUR or TPE jacketed cordsets.

Y-distributor cordsets have a single M12 connector body with two separate cables extending from it that have M12 connections, allowing signal distribution to multiple sensors or actuators. Their cables have PUR (polyurethane) flame-retardant outer jackets that resist oils, coolants, and ultraviolet (UV) light. They are suitable for drag chain use in applications with long travel, high-speed, or harsh conditions.
