UL Class & Midget Fuse Blocks

UL Class and midget fuse blocks accept fuses sized and rated according to UL Class or midget specifications. They have an open top for access to fuses, clips or studs for securing fuses within the block, and terminals for connecting to the circuit. These fuse blocks are either bolted down or mounted on a DIN rail to hold them in place. They're commonly paired with fuse box covers to enclose the fuses and prevent accidental contact. They are nonindicating, so there's no visual signal when a fuse is blown.

These fuse blocks are compatible with 600VAC UL Class J fuses that provide a high interrupting rating for protecting against short circuits. Fuse blocks with spring-reinforced clips hold fuses tightly in place to maintain full electrical contact.

Fuse Blocks for Class H & K Fuses
These fuse blocks are compatible with UL Class H and K fuses that commonly provide overcurrent protection in older HVAC installations. They're used with Class H fuses for a noncurrent-limiting system with small interrupting ratings or Class K fuses for a current-limiting system with high interrupting ratings. Fuse Blocks for Class RK1 & RK5 Fuses
These fuse blocks are compatible with UL Class RK1 and RK5 fuses. They are rejection-style blocks with clips that fit the modified terminals of Class R fuses to prevent the installation of fuses with a lower voltage rating or interrupting capacity. They're used with RK1 fuses to provide high current limitation for applications where a fast response to overcurrent is required. They're used with Class RK5 fuses to provide moderate current limitation for general use applications.

Fuse Blocks for Midget Fuses
These fuse blocks are compatible with midget fuses sized at 10mm x 38mm (13/32" x 1-1/2") and rated for up to 30A, 600VAC. They work with the midget fuses to supplement the primary branch-circuit fuse or breaker and provide backup overcurrent protection for lighting, solenoid, motor, and transformer circuits.
