These elbows join two lengths of threaded heavy-wall RMC or medium-wall IMC metal conduit at an angle to change the direction of a conduit run in hazardous industrial locations, such as petroleum refineries, gasoline storage areas, and petrochemical facilities. They form a tight seal to protect wire and cable in areas where flammable gases, vapors, powdered metals, or dust is present.

These elbows have a removable cover that allows users to pull wire and cable or perform maintenance. They screw onto the ends of two pieces of threaded RMC or IMC conduit to join them at a 90° angle and change the direction of the run. These elbows are suitable for use in hazardous locations where flammable gases, vapors, powdered metals, or dust is present.
