Foil Tape

The metal backing on foil tape reflects light and heat, and it resists vapor, UV rays, and weathering. It is high strength, durable, and has an adhesive on one side that conforms and adheres to uneven surfaces when pressure is applied. Foil tape seals ductwork and foil-covered insulation in HVAC applications, and it repairs metal parts and sheeting in construction and industrial applications.

ASJ Foil Tape
All surface jacket (ASJ) foil tape has a bleached white, paper backing produced using the kraft process that makes stronger paper than standard paper manufacturing processes. The tape wraps around pipe for a clean white facing that resists extreme heat and provides a barrier against vapor. ASJ tape is primarily used in HVAC applications to cover exposed pipe systems inside a building.
