Air-Powered Caulk Guns

Air-powered caulk guns apply sealants and one-part adhesives that bond materials and fill gaps or joints between surfaces. They hold either single cartridges, sausage packs, or bulk forms of caulk or adhesive and dispense a smooth, continuous bead to minimize waste and form consistent seals. Caulking guns are commonly used to seal around tubs, sinks, windows, doors, baseboards, and vents. These pneumatic guns dispense caulk with greater control and less effort than manual guns. They run on compressed air and contain few moving parts, so they typically run cool, have a long lifespan, and weigh less than cordless guns.
Air-Powered Caulk Guns for Cartridges
Caulk cartridges fit into the barrel of these air-powered guns. The guns press their plunger against the end of the cartridge and squeeze caulk through the cartridge nozzle. They require less frequent cleaning than bulk or sausage pack guns because the cartridge minimizes contact between the caulk and the gun.

Air-Powered Caulk Guns for Sausage Packs
Sausage packs (chubs) fit into the barrel of these air-powered guns. The guns press their plunger against end of the pack and squeeze caulk from the top of the pack and through a nozzle attachment on the gun. They compress the pack to a small plug, leaving less packaging waste than cartridge guns. They sometimes leave behind caulk residue, which requires the barrel to be cleaned out before loading a new sausage pack.

The barrel of these air-powered guns holds bulk caulk. The guns press their plunger against the caulk packed in the barrel end and squeeze caulk from the top of the barrel and through a nozzle attachment on the gun. They leave no packaging to dispose of but require cleaning after every use to remove caulk residue.
