Air Carbon Arc Cutting & Gouging Torches
Air carbon arc (CAC-A) torches hold compatible electrodes for cutting and gouging tasks on metal workpieces. Each torch connects to a compatible power supply that provides current to an electrode to generate an arc that melts the metal. The torch also connects to a compressed air supply that delivers a jet of air to blow away the molten material and gouge or cut the workpiece without damaging the underlying material.
Arcair Manual Gouging Torches
Arcair gouging torches allow operators to manually control air carbon arc electrodes during plasma cutting and gouging operations. Operators use a torch to bring an electrode near a workpiece to generate an arc that melts the metal.
