Pipe Fitting Reamers for Plastic Pipe
Pipe fitting reamers remove broken, large-diameter plastic pipe from solvent-welded joints and clear cement residue from fittings to prepare for a new joint. Also known as pipe hogs, they allow the fitting to stay in place, saving the time and hassle of removal and replacement. Their shank connects to a 1/2" drill, which rotates the fitting saver to ream the pipe out of the fitting. A new pipe inserts into the existing fitting without requiring a coupler or expansion fitting.
