Rigid Shaft Couplings for Keyed Shafts
Available364 products
Rigid couplings for keyed shafts firmly join two shafts of the same size together. This type of coupling is intended for applications where alignment is critical and flexibility is not required, such as mixers and servos. The addition of a keyway allows for more reliable torque transmission.
One-Piece Rigid Shaft Couplings
One-piece rigid shaft couplings lock two shafts together when both shafts are inserted and all of the socket cap screws are torqued down to close the slotted clamp. The two shafts and coupling must be installed simultaneously to ensure proper alignment.

Two-Piece Rigid Shaft Couplings
Two-piece rigid keyed shaft couplings lock two shafts together when both halves of the coupler join around the shafts and all of the socket cap screws are torqued down. This clamping action firmly grips both shafts without marring. They do not require disassembly of machinery for installation or service.
