Double-Sided V-Belts
AA Section Double-Sided V-Belts
AA section double-sided V-belts apply drive force equally from both sides of the belt. They have a nominal center width of 1/2" and a nominal thickness of 13/32". Double-sided V-belts are often used in heavy machinery serpentine drive applications.

DC Section Double-Cogged V-Belts
DC section V-belts are light duty single-sided, double-cogged belts for fractional horsepower (FHP) applications . They have a nominal top width of 15/64" and a nominal thickness of 5/32" (actual dimensions may vary slightly). These double cogged V-belts have grooves across the width of the belt and run cooler than standard V-belts because the cogs allow the belt to bend and flex against the pulley, dissipating heat. They are useful for small diameter pulleys and drives with twists and turns. These V-belts are single belts used on drive systems that are typically operating at 3 HP or less. These V-belts are suitable for use in high speed shock load applications.
