SilentSync series timing belts have a helical offset tooth (HOT) design that reduces noise and vibration. This self-tracking design and the integral aramid fiber provide more strength and dimensional stability than other straight-tooth belts. They are constructed of nitrile rubber which is resistant to oil, coolants, heat, and ozone exposure. SilentSync series timing belts are suitable for drive systems designed for low noise and low vibration such as robotics. They should be paired with a compatible SilentSync timing belt pulley.
