Collet coolant seals keep fluid contained in coolant-through tooling systems to reduce leaks and pressure loss. Sometimes referred to as coolant discs, they're supplied in a variety of styles and sizes specific to the tool on which they will be used. They are made of metal with a slotted design and can prevent the ingress of dirt, filings, and chips and also directing the flow of coolant.
